Fees
Maintenance – All services are billed per person by the hour. Our team of skilled gardeners consists of 3-6 team members who can not only restore your beds to their original manicured state. We also offer a regular maintenance program of every 3-4 weeks. Signing up for this program reduces your maintenance service by as much as $10 per person per hour. Please inquire for further details.
Design Consultation – Visit to assess your property and your needs. We will go over our companies design portfolio/s, and together get a feel if our company is a match for your needs to design a small or large space (master plan). Billed at $50 per hour (applied towards design if we proceed to create your dream landscape).
The Small Space Planting Designs and Large Space Planting Designs
Small Space Planting Designs*: $450- $900 (approx.) – This fee includes site visit/analysis and design for small foundation areas and other small planting beds. Price* includes one black & white CAD-rendering, a color .pdf of design (to be emailed), one computer image of a design area, planting key and plant profiles.
Large Space (AKA. Master Plan) Planting Designs: Beginning at $900 – This fee includes site visit/analysis and design for large foundation areas, master plan of property. Price* includes one black & white CAD-rendering, a color .pdf of design (to be emailed), one computer image of a design area, planting key and plant profiles.
Design Consult/without a cad-rendering – If you’d prefer to keep the design expense down another option is a design consult consisting of design advice and plant suggestions (with a follow-up email of plant materials) is available billable at $50 per hr./2 hour minimum
Change orders – Any design that is changed after final approval will be billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour.
Installation – We work in conjunction with a reputable landscaping company* who will install your new design. *Full Insured, and in business 15+ years. All prices vary on project size, material choices, etc all.
Shopping Days – This service is for those who need some guidance at the nursery. I will come to your house, evaluate your planting beds and suggest plantings. We will then take a trip to your favorite nursery (and /or ours) where I can help you choose plants for your chosen space. Cost: $50 per hour/2 hour minimum Travel free within 20 mile radius, additional travel billed outside of 20 mile radius.
Plant Consultation – We will help you identify the plantings in your garden, verbally assess your needs, provide maintenance and fertilizing information. Cost: $50 per hour/2 hour minimum Travel free within 20 mile radius, additional travel billed outside of 20 mile radius.
Planting List – Some of you may want to do all the work yourselves, but just need to know what plants would be right for your individual site. Such as; what kind of plants will work in a shaded, full sun or partial shaded areas. Plantings that add colors that enhance your homes appeal, etc. Garden Designs by Jacqueline, LLC can provide you with a listing of the plants that will suit the needs of your landscape. We will e-mail a list with photos which you can take to your nursery and choose your own plants. Cost: $50 per hour/2 hour minimum Travel free within 20 mile radius, additional travel billed outside of 20 mile radius.
